This short course is intended for learners in a work environment. It is designed to raise moral standards as a counter to potential or real corruption within a work environment. The focus is on ethics and the learner, and does not include corporate governance. This course is intended for junior managers of organisations.

This short course enables learners to manage time and prioritise tasks in a work environment. The learner will understanding how to create and maintain a personal and team task list, prioritise personal and team tasks and implement and maintain a task list.

This short course provides an understanding of the core and support functions of an organisation. This will provide the learner with an Explanation of the role of a selected work unit in an organisation in relation to the core business, and explain the difference between line and support functions in an organisation.

This short course is intended for junior managers of business units in organisations. It provides the background necessary to understand the management function in an organisation. The content of this short course includes the management activities involved in running a successful business, the basic activities involved in the management process, the main tasks required of managers, the decision making process and the application of the general management functions.
